Director Pharmacy Experience & Retention

Job Summary:

The Director Pharmacy Experience & Retention is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the overall pharmacy experience for customers


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic responsibility for proactively addressing SRx Member churn within our pharmacy across new and aged cohorts 

Coordinate closely with the Customer Journey team to prioritize recommended strategies and operationally implement 

Responsible for AI Pharmacy strategic roadmap 

Responsible for AI implementation (scripting calls to action cadence of touch points etc.)

Business owner of AI reporting (interactions and outcomes churn impact etc)

Drive customer retention initiatives to drive high satisfaction and foster loyalty

Requires the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives



High attention to detail

Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivated


Education and Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

12+ years of related experience required

Pharmacy Operations experience a plus





Financial Responsibilities (budget revenue)

This position has budget responsibility authority and/or level of control.


Physical Requirements:

Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
